Primary Responsibilities
• Represent the Mystics in a positive and professional manner
• Report to the Site Director
• Supervision of group, 8-12 campers, at ALL times
• Assist the Camp Director in opening & closing of the camp each day
     o Sign-in & out campers each day
     o Distribution of all camp collateral
• Provide instruction as outlined in curriculum provided
     o Appropriate for age & skill level of group
• Organize and supervise tournaments and skills competitions
• Track and record all results in tournaments and skills competitions
• Open and available for questions from parents and campers
• Maintaining equipment inventory and merchandise levels
• Present awards – daily and weekly
• Additional duties as assigned by Camp Director

Essential Requirements
• Experience playing basketball at least at the high school level
• Experience coaching basketball preferred
• Experience as youth camp instructor preferred
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiar with Maryland, DC, Virginia area
