Description

The Application Development team is tasked with designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to improve and enhance our enterprise software. Our enterprise software is surprisingly complex, difficult to get right, and at the same time a lot of fun to work on. We hire people who are considered “Programmer”, “Software Engineer” and “Software Architect” at other companies. Titles are not as important to us as the quality of the people we work with and the opportunity to be productive. This is an exciting and challenging job position for a hardworking and creative professional with lots of exposure to new technologies and the freedom to think out of the box.

Required Technical Skills

·         Solid database design, development & administration experience using SQL Server 2008, 2012 or 2014

·         Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Programming principles

·         Experience developing with C# -(Windows and ASP.NET 3.5+ (Webforms and MVC)

·         Experience with Client/Server and SOA architectures

·         Experience with Web Services, WCF

·         Experience with HTML5, AJAX, JQuery & Javascript

Professional Skills

·         Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills

·         Detailed and quality oriented

·         Can do attitude and collaborative orientation team player

·         Curiosity and internal motivation to constantly improve their own skills and how we develop software

·         Good communication skills (English)

Education & Experience

·         BS MIS/CIS with  2+ years of experience

Facility Operations/Security: Facility/Venue Management
HVAC Technician- Full Time - Miami HEAT (Miami, FL)

Brief Description of the Position

Overview of the Job: Under general direction, responsible for monitoring, repairing and maintaining the various types of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) systems. Operate and repair the facility’s HVACR system to maintain the safe and efficient operation of the facility; Monitor operation of facility HVACR systems noting current status, identifying potential problems and taking corrective action where appropriate; Assist, perform, develop and implement preventative maintenance and other standard operating procedures on HVAC equipment; Record and log all work performed, complete work order slips and compile all required reports in a timely and complete manner through the building maintenance work order system; Interpret building blueprints and equipment schematics; Respond to visual and audible alarms from building automation and life safety systems; Operate equipment, such as, light trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, scrubbing machines, or other light power driven equipment; Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and supplies, prepare requisition forms for purchases and pick up supplies and materials from vendors; Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed; Assists co-workers in the Engineering and Operations departments with projects. Inspect / Maintain Ice plant keep logs of all readings; Maintain / operate chilled water system; Supervise / Inspect all tenants HVACR System; Maintain all HVACR equipment including food, beverage pantries, concession stands and main kitchen;

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess refrigerant, E.P.A., and Journeyman certificate(s). Demonstrate a through understanding of the operational procedures, facility capabilities, industry terminology, event-related services, and technical requirements for the types of HVAC needs anticipated at the facility. Ability to properly use all tools, equipment and methodology for operation and maintenance.

Facility Operations/Security: Security
Security Officer-Full Time - Miami HEAT (Miami, FL)

Brief Description of the Position

Overview of the Job: Handle any disturbances or problems that arise during events or at the facility. If necessary, escort disruptive individuals to security office and/or off the premises. Writes incident reports and meet with security office and/or off the premises. Inspect alarms and fire extinguisher/sprinkler systems to ascertain they are set to operate. Inspect premises for signs if intrusion or tampering. Tour facility examining doors, windows and gates to ensure they are secured. Assist with crowd control inside and outside premises. Control unusual circumstances and events during fire, storm, riots and other emergencies. Answer alarms and investigates disturbances. Assist departments with any security related issues. Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed. Assist security division with special projects. A minimum of one year related experience and/or training. Demonstrates knowledge of Security issues related to major sports and entertainment venues and a class “D” license required. Bilingual in both English and Spanish a plus.
