Description

The Enterprise Application Development team is tasked with designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to improve and enhance our enterprise software. Our enterprise software is surprisingly complex, difficult to get right, and at the same time a lot of fun to work on. We hire people who are considered “Programmer”, “Software Engineer” and “Software Architect” at other companies. Titles are not as important to us as the quality of the people we work with and the opportunity to be productive. This is an exciting and challenging job position for a hardworking and creative professional with lots of exposure to new technologies and the freedom to think out of the box.

Required Technical Skills

5+ years of development experience and comprehensive knowledge of tools/technologies including ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL, MVC, SPA, Java Script, CSS, HTML5, & front-end frameworks like JQuery Angular, etc. Solid database design, development & administration experience using SQL Server 2008-2016. Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Programming principles.Experience developing and consuming APIs (REST, SOAP). Familiarity with agile methodologies. Familiarity with multiple development processes like DDD and TDD. Experience with building applications for MS Azure cloud environment is a plus.

Technical Services: Audio/Video Editing and Production
Broadcast Engineer - Full Time - Miami HEAT (Miami, FL)

Description of the Position: Responsible for technical aspects of the Arena Broadcast Center, HEATV Studio, and Broadcast Truck Dock systems including: service, operation, and maintenance. Serve as contact for technical services involving Event/Show audio and intercom connectivity.  Assist with the support & oversight of the Broadcast Center systems and Digital Signage LED and Display systems including programming and scheduling requirements. Assist Media Production dept. with technical support regarding all broadcast ENG equipment. Provide technical support for the Arena Heat Broadcast and audio requirements for live Tv production. Assist with technical support of A/V systems for the Heat Coaching Video dept. Assist/Support the operating and maintenance of Arena Broadband RF distribution system.  Able to Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.  Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and Manage Outlook Calendar requirements.

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Broadcast Engineering or the following equivalent; 2 – 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and work experience with A/V Broadcast type equipment, operation and or technical service maintenance.

Chinese Translation Internet Services Assistant - Miami HEAT (Miami, FL)

Overview of the Job: Responsible for updating graphics and copy for HEAT.com/China and HEAT.com properties daily. This position will also work with the Miami HEAT Broadcast department in the creation, translation and deployment of video presentations and features.  Creation involves high proficiency in editing tools such as AVID and Final Cut Pro, as well as strength in video production and direction.  Candidate must be fluent in writing, translating and speaking Mandarin Chinese.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a credited college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to monitor and handle multiple tasks. Time management skills needed. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop (or similar graphics program), HTML, translation tools and Microsoft Office programs. Multi-media skills such as non-linear editing on software platforms like AVID, Adobe Premiere or Final Cut a big plus.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager- Full-Time - Miami HEAT (Miami, FL)

Description of the Position: 

  • Ensure the successful implementation and usage of Microsoft CRM by core users throughout the company, ultimately developing tailored business plans for all departmental users
  • Conduct end-user training on CRM system
  • Assist in the development of revenue campaign strategies and tactics through an understanding of all data fields and sources available and make recommendations for potential revenue leads
  • Assist Strategy group with lead management, data hygiene and data append initiatives
  • Assist with tracking the effectiveness of revenue campaigns through quantitative and qualitative analysis and management
  • Actively pursue existing and new data collection methods through all outlets available, ensuring standardization and accuracy in which that data is collected and stored
  • Work with vendor(s) and in-house developers to create, as needed, customized MS Dynamics CRM solutions to enhance business process and maximize internal usage
  • Manage the design, testing and delivery of all new system functionality and enhancements
  • Serve as liaison between all internal departments, including but not limited to Ticket Sales, Season Ticket Membership, Sponsorship, Marketing, and more
  • Act as primary contact with CRM vendor
  • Assist users with day-to-day questions, problems, and issues related to CRM
  • Use business acumen, data gathering and analysis, and other sources of information to improve the overall revenue maximization and utilization of the CRM tool
  • Participate in regular meetings with management/leadership to review revenue statuses, opportunities, etc

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical competency or business related field. 3 – 5 years of successful CRM strategy implementation and management. Solid experience in Dynamics CRM in relation to improving revenue effectiveness. Demonstrated ability to create a business revenue process and implement. Demonstrated ability to teach/coach others how to sell utilizing a standardized business process and CRM tool. Demonstrated success implementing a new revenue tool with field organization with successful adoption. Strong knowledge of Ticketmaster / Archtics preferred. Experience in leveraging social media channels for lead generation preferred.

Administration/General Management: Administrative/Executive Assistant
Manager of Administration for CRO/Sales- Full Time - Miami HEAT (Miami, FL)

Description of the Position: The Miami HEAT is looking for a Manager of Administration to perform administrative duties for the Executive Vice President/Chief Revenue Officer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, and dealing with our internal and external stakeholders. Other responsibilities include:

  • Maintain the budgets for the Sales Division; Corporate Sales, Corporate Services, Ticket Sales, Premium Services
  • Code and process invoices, expense reports, check requests, house charges, petty cash requests and American Express statements
  • Manage bill backs – invoicing, checks and balances, maintain spreadsheets for each account manager for commission payouts
  • Maintain calendars for EVP & CRO, VP of Corporate Partnerships and VP of Tickets Sales
  • Assist with scheduling of meetings and conference calls (internal and external)
  • Assist with scheduling of travel – airfare, hotel, car service, reservations, etc. 
  • Plan, purchase, execute delivery of gifts to all of our Corporate and Premium Accounts.
  • Plan and carry out all aspects of our Corporate Events trips, which includes the invite list, flight reservations, gathering information from all guests that RSVP, venue site visit for planning purposes, confirming the schedule of events and activities, rentals, food & beverage, car service, and purchasing and packaging gifts.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a 4-year college or technical school; or one year related to 2 years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires strong computer and internet research skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
