CRM Manager - Utah Jazz (Salt Lake City, UT)

The CRM Manager will be a member of the Business Intelligence team for Miller Sports Properties. As a member of the BI team the individual will be responsible for supporting all sales processes through the internal CRM system. As CRM Manager you will have the unique opportunity to drive change, serving a role that supports all business operations. Specific Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Director to understand business needs of cross-functional business partners such as sales, marketing, and finance and develop effective solutions.
  • Maintain day-to-day needs of CRM system and ensure operational efficacy.
  • Manage all CRM processes including building new entities, creating new workflows and managing all system users.
  • Evaluate existing business workflows and processes for improvements.
  • Train and support all sales department members to ensure full understanding of the CRM system.
  • Work with Sales Directors to manage sales leads distribution and reassignment.
  • Oversee all data inputs into CRM including: sponsorship inventory and rate cards, annual events and sales leads.
  • Partner with IT on all project deliverables as appropriate.
  • Document project requirements and enhancement requests.
  • All other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills

  • BA/BS degree in a related business field.
  • 2+ years of using and maintaining CRM systems – Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Knowledge/experience with KORE Software tools and SQL Reporting Services a plus
  • Self-management and commitment to delivery timeline.
  • Conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Director of Sales - Utah Jazz (Salt Lake City, UT)

This position will train and lead a team that will have an emphasis on broadcast media and agency sales.  Will ensure that team and department will meet goals set by management.  Champion the company’s Mission and Vision, and model the company Values.

Specific Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
