Director of Corporate Partnership Operations - Utah Jazz (Salt Lake City, UT)

Job Summary:

The Director of Corporate Partnership Operations will be responsible for the coordination of inventory data entry, order entry, reporting, training and troubleshooting for the Corporate Partnership sales and service teams. Candidate will provide hands-on onboarding and training to new hires and regular training to the existing group to ensure accuracy and efficiency of the data entry process. Candidate will also work closely with sales and service management teams and act as the liaison with the LHMSE CRM and Analytics teams to fulfill the needs of the Corporate Partnership team.

Primary Duties:

  • Coordination of inventory descriptions, entry and reporting needs with IT and Analytics departments
  • New Hire onboarding and training for CRM use and processes
  • Ongoing training for existing staff for CRM use and processes
  • Become the "super-user" regarding CRM for the Corporate Partnership group
  • Oversee Traffic department and ensure accurate and efficient use of WideOrbit Software
  • Identify the root causes of poor data quality, develop a plan to remediate issues and lead training to ensure implementation of the plan
  • Assist CRM Team to design sales processes to work hand in hand with CRM
  • Work with Sales and Service Staff to find solutions to road blocks
  • Work with Corporate Partnerships leadership, CRM and Analytics teams to develop and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data
  • Liaison with other departments to coordinate changes, new processes and introduce new inventory & rates

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a related business field or equivalent experience
  • Two (2) years of experience working with sales group to manage requirements of a CRM, time within a management capacity is preferred
  • Attention to detail and aptitude for analyzing complicated systems and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with both technical and business minded professionals.
  • Previous sales or sales support experience is preferred
  • Ideal candidates will have advanced modeling skills, knowledge of KORE ProSports Software tools, understanding of Microsoft SQL and relational databases, Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience, and experience working in a cross functional and entrepreneurial culture.
  • Working knowledge of WideOrbit Traffic System
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation communication skills.

Director of Premium Seating - Suites - Utah Jazz (Salt Lake City, UT)

Job Summary:

The Director of Premium Seating -- Suites is responsible for creating standards and goals that support department/organizational objectives and the business plan. This position will craft a sales strategy specifically related to Utah Jazz Club products. By infusing innovation and accountability, they will manage and mentor their department to drive sales and hit annual business plan targets.

Primary Duties:

  • Communicate regularly with VP of Premium Seating to understand the overall strategic direction of the department
  • Maintain a substantial premium partner account list built with a mix of Club and Suite product accounts, generate and develop new partner accounts
  • Hire, manage, and train Premium Seating Sales Executives and Service Managers to ensure unity as a department and maintain the highest level of customer service and retention
  • Work with marketing to develop and execute proper marketing plans to sell Premium Seating
  • Accompany Premium Seating Sales Executives on sales calls for key accounts and as needed for mentoring purposes
  • Manage within the boundaries of the department budget. Hold staff accountable for their influence on the budget. Report budget variances to VP of Premium Seating. Look for opportunities to improve margins by increasing revenue, reducing expenses, improving efficiencies

  • Must work well in team environment

Job Summary:

The Premium Seating Sales Executive is responsible to develop and retain premium seating revenue to achieve annual revenue goals as defined by the annual business plan.

Primary Duties:

  • Maintain a premium partner account list built with a mix of Club and Suite product accounts
  • Proactively prospect, present, and close new premium seating products offered by the Utah Jazz, Salt Lake Bees, and Vivint Smart Home Arena
  • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct face to face appointments to gain business insight and comfort recommending a specific product to fit goals of prospective clients
