Inside Sales Representative (Full Time, Seasonal) - Miami Heat (Miami, FL) ![]() Overview: Responsible for selling Miami HEAT full season tickets, partial plans, premium seating and group ticket packages to area businesses and individuals through outbound phone sales calls and other activities. Essential requirements: Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Sell full season tickets, partial plans, premium seating and group ticket packages to companies, civic organizations, and individuals; Solicit through daily telemarketing, direct visits, lobby displays, direct mail and other means to generate leads; Develop and maintain call logs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; Work with Inside Sales Managers to establish weekly, monthly, and annual goals; Implement tracking system for each account; Maintain Smartsell database for communicating with contacts, including mailing lists, fax numbers and e-mail; Disseminate all pertinent sales information to responsible parties within the HEAT Group and other partners; Prepare weekly status report for Inside Sales Managers; Work on special projects that multi-task across various departments; Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed; Manage Ticket Sales tables during Arena/Game events; as well as outside functions such as luncheons, business shows, conventions, etc; Attend NBA, and AmericanAirlines Arena events as scheduled; Assist other departments as necessary. Candidates must be articulate, self motivated, and goal-oriented, and enthusiastic. Excellent communication skills and a high level of energy and passion for what you represent are required.
