The Application Development team is tasked with designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to improve and enhance our enterprise software. Required Technical Skills

·         Solid database design, development & administration experience using SQL Server 2008, 2012 or 2014

Brief Description of the Position:

Overview of the Job: This position is for an I.T. Administrative Assistant role at The Miami Heat.  In this position you will provide services to assist the information technology team such as general filing, pre-screening telephone calls, scheduling meetings, tracking small inventory, processing orders and monitoring utility bills.  You will be working with a team of I.T. engineers and reporting to the directors of the I.T. departments.  This is an excellent opportunity for any candidate seeking a stable opportunity to work in an exciting environment and become part of a family atmosphere.                 

Responsibilities

Ø  Organize and schedule appointments amongst I.T. directors

Brief Description of the Position
Functions as visual effects animator for the AmericanAirlines Arena's various Digital Signage and LED Systems. Produces and executes the integration of live-action footage, generated graphics, text, still imagery and sound to create 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional motion graphic animations and execute contractual corporate commitments for digital signage systems.

Overview of Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  1. Produce and create graphic animations for the AmericanAirlines Arena’s various Digital Signage systems including MiamiMediaMesh, LED ribbon boards, HEATv, Ad Blaster, Ziris Canvas monitor walls, 3-story projection walls, Way-finding displays and Channel 1/Harris
  2. Conceptualize, design and transform scripts and visualizations into fluid, highly effective motion graphic animations
  3. Produce and create graphic elements that effectively promote upcoming shows, as well as utilize all aspects of Digital Signage to greatly enhance the theme of the event
  4. Model, texture, animate and render computer-generated graphics, particle effects, digital sets and backgrounds for use in digital signage production
  5. Assist in the execution of the HEAT Group's contractual commitments of Digital Signage programming and advertisement sales for all arena events
  6. Design and create graphic elements for use in other media presentations, including Broadcast, Marketing, Internet Services and Corporate Sales
  7. Assist in the choreography and set-up of pre-production/chroma key shoots
  8. Generate accurate affidavit reports on a daily basis for the departments various Digital Signage Systems
  9. Research and recommend software/hardware technology needed to design, develop and assemble motion graphics and animations
  10. Operate LED and/or MiamiMediaMesh systems during live concerts and arena events
  11. Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or Industry Equivalent in Visual Effects/Motion Graphics and/or minimum 3 years' experience in professional motion graphics design/animation.

Software Skills

Maxon Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Premiere, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Macromedia Flash & Flash ActionScript is a PLUS. In order to be considered you must submit a link to your demo reel.

Brief Description of the Position

Overview of the Job The Manager, Shipping & Receiving is expected to verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment, including but not limited to bulk mailings and to supervise the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, Mail Clerk and Shipping & Receiving Clerk.

Responisbilities include: Keeping record of deliveries and obtaining rebates and/or reimbursements where applicable with FedEx and UPS. Examing and routing incoming shipments; rejecting damaged items; recording shortages; and corresponding with the shipper for rectification. Preparing and expedite shipments which include, but are not limited to, determining the method and mode of shipment to customer requirements; determining labeling requirements; preparing and affixing shipping labels on packed carton; preparing all shipping documents and affixing postage. Assisting with mass mailings and shipments, in coordination with the department managers. Maintaining inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Negotiating contracts with FedEx, UPS and Pitney Bowes. Supervising the Mail Clerk and Part-time Shipping & Receiving Clerk. Track and record all employee shipments through USPS, FedEx and UPS and forward to payroll for deductions. Conduct annual performance reviews. Executing special HEAT Group-related projects as assigned.

High school diploma or GED. At least 3 years of shipping and receiving experience with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),  Pitney Bowes, and FedEx Ship Manager.

Brief Description of the Position

Overview of the Job: The SQL Developer is responsible for the execution of hands on development of the Business Intelligence environment.  The ideal candidate will work with internal stakeholders, BI project and support teams to meet business objectives.   •          Ensuring smooth running of SQL Server and confirming databases are fast and efficient.
  •          Configure and manage scheduled ETL jobs and database maintenance plans for backup and restore operations.
  •          Creating, modifying, deploying and browsing data cubes with multiple fact measures and multiple dimension hierarchies in SSAS.
  •          Design and build star and snowflake data schemas.
  •          Brainstorming discussions design, development, and implementation of BI projects.
  •          Gathering stakeholder needs and translating business requirements into BI design.
  •          Participating in the testing process and works to improve the quality and efficiency of BI projects.
