Summary/Objective

Individuals in this position will be responsible for high energy crowd interaction, live promotions, concourse activities, and act as Ambassadors while welcoming our guests as they access Target Center on all Timberwolves home games.

Essential Functions

1.    Execute on-court promotions, Halftime acts, mascot skits, and other in-arena game night activities.

2.    Act as an Ambassador for everything Minnesota Timberwolves.

5.    Assist with other game night elements as needed.

6.    Assist with external or internal Live Programming & Entertainment Department events.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse quickly around the arena on event days and potentially non-event days. Staff will move boxes and equipment each game night weighing up to 50 pounds.

Membership Services Assistant - Minnesota Timberwolves (Minneapolis, MN)

Summary/Objective

The Membership Service Assistant is responsible for assisting the Membership Service Executives and the Membership Service Coordinator with programs and events for season ticket members on Timberwolves home game nights.   

Essential Functions

1.     Assist Executives and Coordinator with all season ticket member events/programs.

2.     Help with game night Touch Points.

3.     Staff the Season Ticket Member VIP Door.

4.     Staff the Ticket Central booths at Timberwolves home games.

6.     Interact with fans, field questions, and provide excellent customer service.

Summary/Objective

 This person will aid the Web Editor and the Director of Digital Media with implementing the social media strategies and objectives. Responsibilities include: reporting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly traffic from Timberwolves.com, Lynxbaketball.com, and all social networking platforms. Writing and reporting on the Timberwolves and Lynx; content updating for Timberwolves.com and Lynxbasketball.com; conducting and transcribing interviews; working Lynx and Wolves home games; shooting photos/video and editing for Web site; and assisting with other Digital Media department projects as needed.

Essential Functions
