CAPSULE POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for further developing, maintaining, generating, and increasing Premium and Sponsorship Sales for the Austin Toros with a strong focus on relationship sales and client retention. This person must provide extensive customer service and continual development of relationships with customers, co-workers, and corporate partners. Base pay will be based on experience with target sales expectations and commission.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for coordinating special projects with the Austin Toros. The eligible candidate will communicate with a diverse group of vendors, sponsors, and customers as well as internal contacts at all levels; independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.
This position will also be responsible for providing support to the Operations Manager and the Media and Community Responsibility Manager. The eligible candidate should meet a multitude of qualifications, including but not limited to: ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude and have strong organizational skills.

2. Schedue and coordinate appearances for the dance team and mascot. Position would also research appropriate community activities to participate in during the season to increase brand awareness.
3. Coordinate team social media efforts working closely with the Media and Community Responsibility Manager, PR interns and SS&E staff.
4. Responsible for creating game day scripts and format. Task requires attention to detail. Position will work closely with the Operations Manager during games to assist with game operations functions.
5. Coordinate team website updates. Knowledge of website maintenance is required, and the ability to pay close attention to detail.

CAPSULE POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for providing assistance to the Conversion Manager and working along with the Conversion Crew. Responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of the facilities seating and event related equipment. This position will assist in the implementation of a department training program, safety program, and a preventative maintenance plan. Provide assistance as well as direction in the preparation of all events to include but not limited to set-up, operation and tear down. Provide and assist in the coordination between staff, potential client, and promoters as needed for the successful presentation of events. Other duties as assigned.

Primary responsibilities will include: write, proof and edit media materials; monitor, collect, and distribute SS&E coverage; pitch stories and conduct media outreach; serve as liaison and PR contact between SS&E and media; research and maintain editorial opportunities and calendars; develop and maintain media contact lists and databases; staff/cover media events and games, as needed; proactively participate in various department meetings; prepare clip reports, recaps and summaries, as needed.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Group Sales interns have the opportunity to see the business side of sports marketing first hand for the San Antonio Spurs. Interns have the opportunity to work directly with the San Antonio Spurs, dealing with various aspects of the day to day operation of the Team, such as marketing, community events, game nights and general office duties. Group sales interns are involved with the creative side as well, participating in brainstorming sessions and meetings where group sales ideas & events are discussed. Internships are paid positions (minimum wage), but are not guaranteed employment once the internship is completed.



Academic Requirement: Undergrad degree completed
Internship pay: $7.25 an hour
Internship length: August 2014-August 2015

Customer service programs must be developed and implemented with the goal of building loyalty to all SS&E properties by utilizing standard practices such as seat visits, customer service calls/programs, and timely follow-ups with thank you cards, courtesy calls and other customer outreach tools
6.Establish, maintain and grow internal relationships, including but not limited to, franchise ticket sales management, season ticket and premium services, sponsorship's, partnership activation, community responsibility, human resources, game and building operations, marketing and security.
7.Track and report daily and weekly sales and provide to the Vice President of Ticket Sales and Services.
8.Coordinate and follow up with all necessary SS&E departments to ensure all customer service and sales opportunities are met.
9.Attend, contribute and participate in weekly sales department meetings as well as a weekly meeting with the Vice President of Ticket Sales and Services.
10.Assist the Director of Ticket Sales and/or Vice President Ticket Sales and Services with the creation, planning, communication, and implementation of all special projects, promotions, and programs.

Capsule Position Description
Ever want to be a professional mascot? Spurs Sports and Entertainment has just the opportunity for you! It is the Mascot Creative Entertainment Associate’s responsibility to insure that all administrative elements of the Macot Creative Entertainment program are in working order and being used to the best of their ability.  The Mascot Creative Entertainment program includes all the teams within the SS&E organization including but not limited to appearances, game operations, and general administration.  The position will be challenged to conceptualize new skits for our Mascot Creative Entertainment personnel as well as other innovative ideas to enhance our game presentation.  The right candidate should be very in tune with current pop culture trends and have some basic knowledge and aspirations of working in video production. This position needs to be filled by a highly motivated, self-sufficient person that has an acute attention to detail and works well with deadlines.

2. Utilize the Interactive/Creative Entertainment Assistants established by the Creative
Entertainment Manager for each and every appearance.  If no Assistant is available, work with the Creative Entertainment Manager on a feasible solution.
3. Work with the Creative Entertainment Manager to receive training in a manner
consistent with the character, and to work together as a team to collect the necessary tools with which to perform to fullest extent.  These tools include costume pieces, props, and any other entity necessary to perform an appearance timely and fully.  All purchases must be approved by the Director of Game Operations & Special Events.
4. Provide detailed weekly planned work schedule the Wednesday before the week
begins to ensure the ideal use of work hours.  All hours must be approved by Director of Game Operations & Special Events.
5. Assist in any additional duties assigned by the Creative Entertainment
Manager, and/or the Director of Game Operations and Special Events.
6. Help create and conceptualize new skits for our mascots. They will need to present new ideas to enhance our game presentation. This includes, but is not limited to generating new routines for Mascots (The Coyote, T-Bone, The Fox and Da-Bull).

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Mobile Service Squad Representative position will support the Service Innovation Department, in a proactive and mobile manner, in assuring all guests are treated like family and that lasting memorable moments are created during their visit. The representative will project Spurs Sports & Entertainment company values (Integrity, Success & Caring) in all guest interactions. The Mobile Service Squad representative will be responsible for providing Guest Service in our Guest Services booths, outside Sections 101/205, and assisting guests with Guest Service in a mobile manner throughout our facility. The purpose of the Mobile Service Squad will be to be a mobile, proactive extension of our Guest Services booth located outside of Section 101. The Mobile Service Squad will use Guest Services 101 as their hub, while assisting Guest Services in different locations/levels of the AT&T Center.

The representative will also assist with various service initiatives and is responsible for general administrative assistance and other event coordination duties as assigned by their supervisor.

Mobile Guest Service staff must be willing to work up to 28 hours a week and maintain flexible schedules that allow them to work evenings, weekends and holidays. They also must be comfortable working all SS&E Events, including but not limited to: basketball games, hockey games, concerts, family shows and special events.

5.Select and executes in-game promotions including Fan Tunnel, Season Ticket Member of the Game, Co-Captain of the Game and other.

CAPSULE POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This will be the most senior position reporting to the Director of Facility Services. It oversees and manages all skilled trades in the operations department and the related budgets. It will also monitor and manage service agreements including HVAC, fire protection, and waste removal. Through coordination with the Director of Facility Services, this position will be responsible for managing and overseeing operations special projects, including small renovations and capital projects.

Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. The successful candidate will have experience with public assembly facilities operations including but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and project management. POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for assisting with content production (website & social media) and daily web operations for each SS&E entity (spurs.com; attcenter.com; sasilverstars.com; sarampage.com, toros.com). The eligible candidate will service and deal with a diverse group of important internal contacts, team sponsors, local and national media, league contacts, clients and visitors at all levels; independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.

This position will also be responsible for creating content features and web design that will enhance the fan experience for each SS&E website. The individual will cover content worthy events (includes: game night/event coverage – home & away; community events, etc.), assist with social media content creation, help with maintaining a regular detailed reporting systems to track and analyze campaign results, and support the execution of sponsorship and internal marketing communication campaigns. It is essential that the qualified candidate be able to build strong relationships with various departments to create and share content, while mainting a focus on monetization opportunities. The eligible candidate will promote a collaborative approach to creating comprehensive digital communication campaigns focused on driving site traffic and attaining campaign goals.
