Job Title: Digital Graphic Designer

Department: Creative Services

Reports to: Sr. Manager of Creative Services

FLSA Status: Full-Time/Regular/Exempt

Position Summary/Objective: Responsible for the development and execution of creative concepts for advertising and marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, direct mail, print and online advertising, corporate identity and packaging for the Timberwolves and Lynx

Essential Functions:

  1. Responsible for design conception and layout for digital graphic artwork for the Timberwolves and Lynx, including, but not limited to, digital banner ads and email imagery.
  2. Work with departmental leaders to develop digital communication creative needs and collateral.
  3. Handle requests pertaining to team and partnership logos applications.
  4. Assist projects manager in maintaining the library of electronic images, logos and year-to-year advertising pieces as needed.
  5. Provide design elements and technical instructions to outside vendors for print layout, production and assembly.
  6. Work effectively as a brand ambassador for the organization and representative of the Creative Services group.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  2. Computer skills required: experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
  3. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Animate (Flash), Edge (HTML 5)) is required.
  4. Strong knowledge of Ad Builder programs (DoubleClick, Sizmek) is required.
  5. Knowledge of web design best practices (pixel resolution, social media restrictions, image saving tactics) required.
  6. Ad campaign knowledge (tagging and uploading processes) is required.
  7. Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver preferred.
  8. Experience with Sizmek Ad Builder preferred.
  9. Ability to multi-task and complete several projects simultaneously.
  10. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a creative/graphic design role, or agency work is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Communications or related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are typically Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00PM. Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. This job also operates in a sports arena, which includes bleachers/steps.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, printer and telephone. Staff may frequently ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non-event days. Job Title: Digital Media Mobile Developer

Department: Digital Media

Reports to: Senior Director of Digital Media

Position Summary/Objective: The individuals in this role will be a critical part of the digital media and marketing teams, supporting the organization’s online activation on various channels, including but not limited to: email, mobile, and web. This person will assist from the wireframe design phase all the way to the development stage as well as completing daily maintenance on digital properties for the organization.

Job Title: Premium Activation Coordinator

Department: Premium Seating

Reports to: Director of Premium

Position Summary/Objective: The primary focus of this position is to provide superior client service, leading the activation, development and retention of assigned Premium client accounts. The position will also participate in special projects as assigned to support department objectives.

Essential Functions

  1. Day-to-day management, activation and development of assigned Premium client accounts.
  2. Maintain and grow Premium client relationships including day-to-day contacts, decision makers, and other executives by maintaining regular touchpoints including game and event nights, engagement events, etc.
  3. Act as hospitality consultant to Premium accounts to develop and deliver effective and measurable usage of client hospitality asset(s).
  4. Understands and uses various tools within the organization such as CRM and Archtics to follow all office and company standard operating procedures.
  5. Act as liaison between Premium clients and arena building partners (i.e., event tickets, parking, food and beverage, etc.).
  6. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on the planning and execution of Premium hospitality initiatives.
  7. Responsible for directly contributing to overall department revenue goals through Premium client renewals and upsell opportunities.
  8. Attend and participate in weekly departmental, Premium Activation team, and other Premium business related meetings.
  9. Maintain and utilize a thorough knowledge of the teams, arena services and Premium client benefits.
