Creative Services Associate - Minnesota Timberwolves (Minneapolis, MN)
Job Title: Creative Services Assistant Position Summary: Assists the Creative Services Department in the execution of creative concepts for advertising and marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, direct mail, print and online advertising, corporate identity and a variety of assigned related tasks. Essential Functions: Creative Services Functions Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other: Job Function/Knowledge: Ability to multitask. Ability to learn basic tasks within the department. Has a core understanding of the department discipline. Able to manage processes throughout the entire season. Leadership and Management Oversight: Perform tasks under direct supervision. Work well with other employees. Is able to execute projects effectively as an individual and part of a team. Planning and Budget Responsibility: Understands the budget of a department. May provide input on supply ordering for the department and for specific projects. Teamwork and Culture: Work effectively in a team environment. Practice honesty and maturity. Able to work within a fast-paced culture. Communication and Branding: Actively participate in learning company brands. Provide exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador for the organization. Judgment and Decision Making: Demonstrate strong decision-making skills. Make decisions as they pertain to customers/fans/clients. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Experience: Experience with graphic design or related experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred. Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: Proven communication skills. Ability to perform graphic design and prepress production projects in a timely manner while maintaining the brand at the highest level. Ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to work in a team environment, Knowledgeable and efficient in QuarkExpress and Adobe CS5 Design Suite. Supervisory Responsibility, if any: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds. EEO

Job Title: Senior Database Coordinator Position Summary: Under general supervision, the Senior Coordinator will support all aspects of the organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM database, including data quality, workflows, reporting and integration with other platforms Essential Functions: Database Management Sales Operations Support Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other: Job Function/Knowledge: Demonstrate ability to learn quickly on the job and proven ability to work in fast paced work environment. Demonstrate ability to diagnose and remedy database-related technical issues. Leadership and Management Oversight: Demonstrate ability to execute projects, take direction and work effectively as a team. Train staff effectively on use of CRM. Reports into the Director of Analytics & Research. Planning and Budget Responsibility: Use appropriate resources to accomplish projects/business objectives and operates within defined budget. Look for opportunities to stretch the department's budget. Teamwork and Culture: Work with multiple departments to improve sales processes and implement changes in the CRM system. Demonstrate ability to take the initiative to complete projects, while proactively seeking help when needed to accomplish the task on time. Develop and shares ideas on how to improve processes for the department. Communication and Branding: Play an active role in supporting team brand within department. Judgment and Decision Making: Demonstrate sound judgment in determining which data should reside in the database, and how best to maintain data hygiene. Effectively monitor sales process execution within CRM and builds reporting to drive necessary improvements. Experience: 2+ years experience in Database Marketing, database management or IT-related roles preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Experienced in SQL Server database management and SQL script development. Experience with Microsoft CRM preferred. Experience with Qlikview dashboard design a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational/project management skills. Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources. Proven leadership abilities and initiative.
