We’re looking for enthusiastic, professional and highly organized individuals to gain valuable retention, sales and event planning experience in the front office of an NBA organization. The primary responsibility of the position is to assist with the coordination of season ticket holder special events during the off-season. These events include: Basketball Clinics, MLS Soccer Game, NBA Draft Party, Private Movie Screening and an MLB Baseball Game. There may also be an opportunity to work in the front office during the week and at select fan development programs in the community. The internship will begin in May and end on August 31. All candidates must have the ability to work a minimum of five events during the summer. These events are typically held on the weekends at venues throughout Los Angeles. INTERN QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Detail oriented and highly organized Highly motivated with a desire to work in professional sports Outgoing personality and enthusiastic attitude The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
